VisionAIRy Aerial Arts, based in Los Angeles, California, was created by professional aerial performer, aerial dance instructor, and speaker, Pamela Kay Macdonald. Pamela developed VisionAIRy to provide aerial classes to children and adults of all ages, aerial performances for various events and productions, motivational performance presentations, and a greater access to the arts for youth and women in the community. What is "Aerial" ?
Aerial arts, a branch of the circus arts, is where an acrobat performs tricks, spins, dances, or sequences hanging off of things such as silks, hammocks, hoops, or ropes that are high above the ground! Aerial is a great form of exercise and a beautiful, strength-building, and inspiring art form where individuals can improve their coordination, creativity, and self-expression!
Instruction
VisionAIRy offers aerial dance instruction for children and adults and strives to help students discover their strength and talents in the air, using imagination and wisdom to grow their skills and share their light with others through aerial dance. Students can discover the joy of aerial in a safe and supportive environment at our private outdoor location.
VisionAIRy's professional aerial instruction focuses on safe technique and progression, building strength, fluid transitions, and discovering self expression, meaningful movement and storytelling through the beauty of aerial dance.

A great part of VisionAIRy is fueled by Pam’s passion for working with events and organizations that support youth, women, and the arts and that help facilitate positive change in communities.

VisionAIRy Aerial Arts offers special classes and workshops that provide more affordable access to aerial classes for Los Angeles students and also provides support for organizations that support the arts, children, and women. By collaborating with schools, organizations, nonprofits, and businesses, VisionAIRy is able to bring the power of aerial dance to more people in the community while making a difference in the community.

Pamela has combined her experience in aerial performance with her background in public speaking and working with women and children to create unique presentations in which she combines aerial dance routines along with motivational speaking to uplift audiences throughout schools, retreats, camps, fundraisers, non-profit organizations, and other events.
These presentations were created with the goal to encourage young girls and women to pursue their talents, and to realize their potential to use those talents & strengths to strengthen others.

About the Owner
Pamela Kay Macdonald is an aerial performer, aerial dance coach, certified personal trainer, and a registered nurse (turned full-time aerialist!) with a Bachelors Degree in the Science of Nursing. She brings with her years of experience and knowledge in aerial dance, health, fitness, anatomy, community outreach, and working with children and adults of all ages.
Pam is known by colleagues, clients, circus coaches, and her students as a joyful, passionate, and dedicated artist - "She draws you in with her musicality, genuine emotion, and physical strength" through her performances and brings with her "professionalism, quick learning, contagious energy, and kind encouragement" when performing, training, or collaborating with others.* Pam is also a passionate and welcoming teacher, bringing enthusiastic support, knowledge, & patience to all her students.
